ABC, Inc, provides for a (6) six-week summer camp program that operated at 85 Giles Avenue & Broadway in July through August, 5 days a week Mondays through Fridays from the hours 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Children are given a free nutrient breakfast and lunch provided by the Jersey City Department of Health & Human Services. #HealthierJC. We also partner with the Hudson County Boys & Girls Club to support our participants from low-moderate income neighborhoods.
ABC, Inc.'s objective each year is to have each camper participate in fun & energetic team building and communication skills by exposing them to activities that incorporate and develop their unique talents that lasts a lifetime.

Our counselors and special instructors work each day on pre-established lesson plans that integrate group activities and organized team sports such as soccer, basketball, kickball, etc. which will allow each child to interact and work towards these goals of better communication and team building. Our lesson plans will include reading, journal writing, and math skills development. The lesson will also include activities that will challenge them to utilize problem-solving, conflict resolution, leadership, and goal-setting development skills. Other activities such as culture and the arts are cultivated.

Fridays are Fundays and will be designated for special performances, guest instructors, and a delicious treat for lunch. Parental and guardian participation is encouraged on Fundays.

It is critical to provide our youth with access to positive, constructive, supervised activities including learning and counseling opportunities within our summer camp program.
